My husband, myself and our grown daughter stayed in a 1 BR. Our daughter slept on the pullout sofa. The apartment was comfortable - only complaint was lack of a corkscrew lol! Location was great with amazing coffee shops nearby and easy walk to The Lakes in Copenhagen and Torvehallerne. The app was very helpful with instructions on travel from the airport, checking info, local restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice room in a good location

The hotel does not provide the information you need to check into the property until one to two days prior and only via email or text. If you are traveling beforehand and do not have access to email or text, you might not get checked into the property. Ther is no one in site to assist. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Clean room, there is no staff in front of building, you have to call if you have any problem.

This is my third time staying here, and I can't say enough good things about it. It is clean, quiet and walkable to most attractions. There is also a grocery store close by which covers most of our needs. The staff is prompt and very helpful. If I could give The Lakes more than five stars, I definitely would!

Spotless. Great location.

They had painters painting the wall immediately outside my door during my stay, which brought in dangerous fumes inside the apartment while myself, my wife and infant were in. We were inhaling VOCs and ultimately had to stay at a different hotel during part of the time we paid to stay here.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The apartment is well situated, walkable and well equipped. There is a grocery store within a five minute walk, and most of the major attractions are within a 15 minute walk radius. In addition, the hotel staff are wonderful! They promptly answered my emails and were happy to accommodate a special request. This is our second time staying here, and I look forward to a many more. It's a perfect hotel if you are spending time pre/post cruise. It's a short walk to the main train station which makes it accessible to both the port and the airport. Great job, and thanks for all of your help with this trip!

Very convenient to tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood. Large rooms, kitchen is well stocked of plates and flatware. Refrigerator froze vegetables and ice built up at the back of the refrigerator.
