The overall stay was disappointing. The reception staff called to remind me about check-out time, which I found unnecessary and disruptive. The hotel did not meet my expectations, and the service could be improved. The rooms, particularly the washroom, are overdue for renovation. The bathroom appeared outdated and not well maintained. Combined with an overall lackluster experience, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money.

The room was way smaller than I thought. I was told I would have a ride to the hotel when i landed at 1030pm However i got a message saying it was canceled. I was extremely upset arriving and trying to get a taxi . The staff was awesome.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, made my stay most enjoyable

The staff here is amazing and very attentive. They are very knowledgeable of the city and do their best to help you. The rooms are clean with no funny smells. Cranberry is overall a great value for the money.

The restaurant had delicious food. the service was fast and friendly

It' amazing stay.

Close to Ayala Pavilion and 7-11. We stayed during Sinulog. They had a sound system rented and played music from the front porch. VERY festive and contributed to the atmosphere. The wifi was reliable and, of course, the staff was amazing as with most hotels here in the Philippines. If you stay here, I highly recommend a trip to Mactan Island to see 10,000 Roses. It's a fantastic night attraction.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Quiet and comfy. I wish they had an option for smaller pillows. I prefer a thin pillow rather than a very large thick one. Overall the room was perfect for our short stay.
