The check in was quick and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities required.There was a free washing machine in the room with detergent included. The hotel was located in a quiet area with ample eateries nearby, but only 5 mins from the subway. The station is where the 2 Kyoto lines cross over so super convenient.

The pillows are probably the best in the prefecture. Seriously. Not flat, small and disappointing, but floofy and a bit firm. And you don't get one, but two, and one is slightly less full than the other. The beds are firm, the bathroom is spacious and the free coffee and croissants after 0830 are a bonus. We had the deluxe family suite (401 and 301) across the 7 of us and it's probably the biggest hotel we've enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.

お風呂とトイレが分かれているので快適です。 ゴミの分別を宿泊客がするので、汚さない意識が持ててよいです。 朝のコーヒーとパンのシステムは嬉しいです！欲を言えばパンが小さいので、無料のパン1人2個だと尚ハッピーです。

The place is spacious and clean with great location

Very nice and clean, spacious rooms. Quiet area, convenient to train and walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. Would recommend!

The kitchen was a bit small and it wasn't quite as spacious as I thought it would be. But it had everything you need (except a toaster because the built in one was broken but the front desk provided one as soon as we asked). The staff were very helpful and attentive which is typical for Japan. The property was clean and there was a washing machine although the drying had to be done by hanging the clothes in the shower and turning on a drying fan which was a bit less convenient than our previous hotel in Tokyo that had a combination washer/dryer in one machine. It was a very short walk to the subway station that had both major subway lines going through it. As in many Japanese hotels it was hard to figure out some of the controls for things like the lights, hot water and air conditioning. They provide instructions but it's still never that simple ... all part of the adventure of travelling to Japan. This was a pretty good accommodation overall.

Great location, close to the subway. The hotel didn't seem old and as usual, like anywhere in Japan, the service was excellent. The staff were prompt in responding to any requests that we threw at them.

Water wasn’t getting hot in the morning but worked well at night. They fixed the issue. I had a comfortable stay. Good hotel

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Sole issues with cleanliness in the room (under bed and on airconditioning). Noisy old airconditioning which was directly above our bed and made us sick.

酒店好大好寬敞，好乾淨，開門連匙卡都唔洗，用密碼鎖，好方便。廁所仲有暖氣功能，洗完既衫可以即日就乾晒，不過唯一唔好就係3日先執一次房同埋垃圾要自己拎落樓下丟。整體黎講係非常之好，下次再黎京都一定會再考慮再次入住呢間酒店！
