Hotel is convenient location, clean, and nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was outstanding. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was super friendly and even helped us use the Trenitalia app to find train routes and times and pay for them online. The breakfast was great, the bar was great and they both had outdoor seating—lovely in the beautiful weather we happened to hit in early June before the heat wave.

It was only a five min walk to the hotel from the train station. Many nice restaurants near by and a large shopping. Enter on your way to the station. Nice little bar erea below the hotel. Staff very friendly. Received a complimentary cable car pass once we had booked in.

Staff was nice and friendly. The reason I rated it so low is because it was advertised as having AC. Some parts did but out room the ac was not working and they had a fan that was the poorest fan ever. Our room was probably 30 Celsius the entire stay. The staff acknowledged that our room was in fact known to be very hot.
After we checked out an Italian lady said we should have been given a discount for sufferering 2 very hot nights.

Wonderful stay. The NICEST staff, high quality room (we had the junior suite, which comfortably accommodated us 3) and a fantastic location. The employees kindly and carefully helped us get gluten-free food for one family member at breakfast and lunch. I’d highly recommend Hotel Figl and hope to return.

Loved our jr suite on the 3rd floor. Didn’t use the €22 euro breakfast buffet, but did do ala carte breakfast for my husband and I for the same amount.
Google.maps doesn’t track to Hotel Figl very well, but stick with it. Hotel Figl leans to the Austrian/German demographic rather than than Italian, so if you’re tired of pizza and pasta, stay here!
