The staff were amazing. They greeted me right when I walked in. They told me to sit down in the reception room while they bring in my luggage. They were very attentive to what we needed. The stay was pretty clean compared to the hotel next door ( my family was in hue twice within 3 weeks and we tried 2 different hotels that are right next to each other: we would DEFINITELY recommended Ruby Hotel)! They were just superb in a lot of aspects

Well located. Welcoming staff! The only issue was that the two beds in our room were very hard and so sleeping was quite uncomfortable.

This hotel was highly recommended from a friend who stayed here before. Everything was exactly as they said. Our receptionist Mr Anh made sure we were comfortable and content. He is a super kind gentleman that was easy to talk to. The entire staff from breakfast to housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure our stay was welcome. The hotel is located down a small alley and away from the nightlife off the Main Street of Hue. Everything is within easy walking distance. We will definitely book this property next time our travels take us to Hue. Thank you Mr Anh

It’s very convenient and close to everything in walking distance.

Need bring your own water bottle and razor

Clean room.

Wonderful stay! All staff I came in contact with were wonderful! Shoutout to Anh who checked me in and showed me amazing hospitality. They are right near the action, but just far away to get solid sleep at night. I enjoyed.myself so much I booked an additional night.

I could not be happier with my stay - the owner was so sweet and kind. The room was comfortable, cool and well maintained. The location of the hotel is insane. Everything you want in a stay at Hue City.

Breakfast was not worth having. Housekeeping service was nonexistent. There was no change of bed linen for our entire stay. One had to request toilet paper, water.

We had a great, but very short stay here as it was a 1 night adventure in Hue. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and our rooms were very comfortable and clean. It is tucked away down an alleyway so it is very quiet. On the main street are lots of restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place.
