Beautiful Spa area and breakfast

Simply amazing wonderful staff and wonderful food downstairs great location.

Rooms are a little small but location is great as is the breakfast. Beautiful spa with large hot tub sauna and steam room.

Location was good and bed, bathroom was comfortable. Reception staff lacked any care for their guests or facility. We were stuck in a first floor room where we found the ski lockers all broken. Reservations for restaurants were made only online so they wouldn't call for you (I ended up calling and getting a reservation when they couldn't). They don't really help with understanding the buses, getting your ski equipment, etc. I got injured and they seemed to care less. The breakfast is okay but lacks any warmth from the staff or vegetables. Reception closes at 11 pm.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. Breakfast was great & service very attentive. Would highly recommend.

Great staff providing excellent services to accommodate guests. Hotel is centrally located in town and walkable to all places.

Amazing and friendly staff

It was great. We felt like home. The decoration, environment and hospitability was very good. Special thanks to Paulo she was very kind and interested to us. We will definitely come back next year.
