Check in person was anazing!

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. We really enjoyed our room and the 2 room suite with 5 beds.

The family room was spacious and its convenience to train.

Comfortable room. The restaurant was excellent.

Great location. Great staff. Great vibes for all.

We were in Rotterdam for the NorthSeaJazz festival weekend and had a really pleasant day at the Art Hotel. It is very convenient to the subway stop and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is just one stop from the Ahoy theater where the jazz festival took place. The hotel is located a quick train ride from the Rotterdam Central and we also took transportation from there to visit The Hague, which was a nice bonus trip. The gym facilities at the Art Hotel were wonderful and the breakfast was worth it $20 per day.

Room was nice.. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have complimentary water. Also TV did not work properly.

PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance for the second time the guy gave very basic helpful information which was not obvious to us -we should have been escorted to the bikes and made sure they were in working order and suitable for our heights. During unprecedented recent heatwave hotel did not provide complementary water in the rooms nor corridor, so we requested at the bar which barman was fine with but when on another day we did, non bar staff frowned upon us filling a water bottle.. - do better. Bathroom hooks in the wrong place and items would get wet as in shower! Would appreciate a magnifying mirror other hotels have on moveable arm. No local shops/cafes nearby but we are used to travelling for food , so did so for breakfast. No option to opt out of replacement towels or cleaning to each day to help the environment. We would recommend and stay again.

A clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean well proportioned. Good shower. Location is about 1 mile from the Erasmus Bridge - easily accessible with the metro. Restaurant is European. Good food and good quality. Note if you pay with a card there will be a % added which is a bit annoying. Overall pleased with my stay.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, with an excellent restaurant/bar downstairs. Across the street from Maashaven metro station, which makes getting around a breeze. Would recommend!
