Nice and large room, good location, noisy when our neighbors close their doors, the pool area is a mess very different from the picture on the site, the city should manage in a better way the environment and the garbage around the hotel.

Great location right down by the river but away from the chaos. The roof terrace with pool was a nice spot to read and have a drink. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a large shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was a continental buffet in the restaurant next door but they also did eggs to order. The hotel had a lovely boutique feel without being too small.

Great place to stay. They had a baby crib waiting for us when we got there, since we had our baby with us.

Great location for the river front/ port areas. Around 2 minutes walk to the Ribeira. Lovely big rooms.

Helpful staff spoke good English, pleasant and good variety for breakfast. Room was quiet, spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable - and had a kitchenette! We had a river view, and it did get kind of noisy, but the doors and drapery helped alot. Nice shower, typical euro, water goes everywhere! Pool was not open for the season, but the ambiance looks pretty sweet. Location was central, easy to get to the river and center of town. Thanks to the front desk staff and breakfast cook/host for making it a wonderful stay!

The room was clean and a good size. There was a lack of staff to help. The breakfast didnt have a great choice. The hotel price was too high.

Breakfast was wonderful! Receptionists and staff were very welcoming!

Lovely room, although too small for 3 people, with only an uncomfortable folding bed supplied for the third person. No room view at all and completely overlooked from tall neighbouring houses, so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. There's also a bar right next to the hotel which is very noisy on weekend nights until late. No toilet roll, coffee pods or hair conditioner supplied until we asked (latter not available at all) No shelf in the bathroom for your care products, or full length mirror in the bedroom. All those points aside, the rooms are very well decorated and pleasant. The reception staff are all lovely, with special mention to Ricardo who's a real asset to the hotel, and can't do enough to make your stay great. The breakfast is in the attached restaurant is accessed by a connecting door at reception. This is also a lovely space to eat in, and the service here too is great! The high quality of the food here really shines through, as is anything you order from the kitchen. Everything is really delicious.

The staff is excellent, welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view is so pretty and the location is great. We would definitely stay here again!
