Everything was great, with the exception of unreliable WiFi. Cold AC, easy check-in, comfortable beds

Very convenient location close to various attractions, including plaza navoni, vatican, trevi fountain and lots of restaurants and bars. Recommend if you like the night life. Our room was clea ed daily and staff was very attentive.

My wife and I chose this accommodation based on the photographs and descriptions presented online. Unfortunately, our actual experience did not reflect what was advertised. One of the most significant issues occurred on our second night when the internet service stopped working. As guest services ended at 3:30 p.m., there was no staff available on-site to assist us, leaving us without support for the remainder of the evening. We were also disappointed by the lack and quality of basic amenities. Essential items such as tissue paper and other guest supplies were either unavailable or of very poor quality. In addition, there was no in-room safe or other visible security measures available to guests, apart from a single security camera located at the main entrance. Another concern involved transportation services. The property advertised assistance with arranging transportation to the Tiburtina Bus Terminal. However, after initially promoting this service, we later received a text message stating that they were unable to assist. When we contacted them through WhatsApp seeking help, the communication was handled remotely and did not result in the transportation service we had expected based on the information provided. While the location may be convenient for some travelers, we believe the online presentation of the property should more accurately reflect the actual accommodations and services offered. We hope management will consider this feedback and make improvements in guest s

Clean room, great area, but staff was very unhelpful. We were told they would be able to assist with transportation for our next destination when I asked days in advance. I had initially messaged the property with no response, and then asked again over 24 hours prior to our departure for help. I was told the person at the front desk would help the morning of checkout. Unfortunately, the entire time we stayed here we never saw any staff aside from checking in, and on the morning of our checkout we could not find any staff or reach any staff. Unfortunately ended up missing our train and put a delay in our travel plans.

The Daplace - La Mongolfiera Rooms were just what we hoped for and expected It was quite a busy area but we didn't mind the commotion The staff (Natalia I think?) was very helpful and got us checked in even though it was off-hours and we couldn't complete the online check in ahead of time due to travel with no internet Our group stayed in Rooms 411 & 412 and we found them clean and well cared for The only complaint was a street cat that kept waking us up one of the nights They must've had a talk with it because it was much better behaved the second night Thank you - we would definitely recommend the La Mongolfiera Rooms!!

My mother and I had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to store our bags both before and after checkout which was very helpful. The room was clean, cute and very comfortable. It is right in the center so there is some street noise but this is to be expected and certainly worth the trade off for the location. Importantly, air conditioner worked great and kept room nice and cool during a heat wave. I would certainly stay here again! One note that while there is an elevator, you do have to take one flight of stairs up, the take elevator a few doors, then one more flight of stairs so just keep this in mind if you have mobility challenges or a lot of luggage.

The room is nice and clean. It is very close of Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. 25 min walking to Vaticano. A lot options for breakfast and dinner. However, since it is surrounded by many restaurants, there is a lot of noise day and night.

Clean and comfortable. Since it is not an actual hotel, we had trouble finding it when we got there, very early in the morn from the US. The taxi dropped us off, but there was no way to ID where the actual place was. The lobby was not open, (so texting to find the place did not work). Restaurants right there- so we waited with coffee until someone responded via Whats app. Once it, it is very cool...and old beautiful building. Our lobby was on 4th floor. There are other businesses on the other floors. Beatrice was warm and welcoming and, we were able to check in early with her help and the help of the cleaning crew. That was fabulous. The only other thing that was not great was they had no coffee in our room- they were out of the pods that worked for our in room machine. This was a big deal to us, but perhaps it would not be to others. The location is the best, Piazza Navona a block away! The important things were fabulous...location, cleanliness and service. But lack of info or signage for when we got there and, lack of coffee was disappointing. But YAY to Beatrice and the cleaning staff.

Beautiful property, excellent location, very close of Piazza Navona, 25 min. Walking to Vaticano, 15 min walking to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, a lot of options to eat nearby, however that also causes it to be very noise day and night.

Excelente ubicación! Lo único es que en las mañanas hacen mucho ruido ya que está rodeados de restaurantes y en cuanto al baño, el inodoro aveces daba malos olores
