It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The room didn't have Aircon and the weather was hot. lt's an old building that would benefit from refurbishment. There was no on site bike storage, but a public facility is a few hundred meters away. On the plus side it is on an historic square and has a decent restaurant.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. What we didn't know was there was a carnival going on right in front of our hotel, and that took away the charm of the city. The reason I booked this hotel was for the location, but the carnival put a damper on our visit. The bathroom was a strange set up (you had to walk in the shower to get to the toilet). Regardless, it was a good hotel based on location.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The room was spacious enough with an excellent shower included. Staff were very attentive and professional.

Inconvenient but cheap

While the room was small it was workable. And the cleanliness and location more than made up for it. The staff was wonderful! It can be a little noisy because you’re right on the main square so you may need earplugs.

Convenient, plenty of eatery options

Hallo team Amadeaus hotel Haarlem Vwb slapen was het prima. Alleen het ontbijt was niet geregeld. Ik heb een half uur gewacht van 8:02 tot 08:29 uur maar er was niemand aanwezig om het ontbijt te verzorgen. Ondertussen zijn er 2 andere gasten ook vertrokken zonder ontbijt! Pas op het allerlaatste moment arriveerde er een medewerker die me op het laatste moment koffie heeft aangeboden, maar toen moest ik weg ivm mijn afspraak.
