This was a beautiful facility! I would definitely recommend this hotel (and a visit to Verona) to anyone looking for a place to stay. The staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They'd make a special trip to the room to help figure out any little switch or lock we couldn't. They had umbrellas at the door, which came in very handy during our stay. The shower was small, but common in Europe, and we were not able to turn on the towel heater because it was May and they turn them off to conserve, which is understandable. But we arrived during a cold, rainy time, so it would have been nice. The distance to most attractions is a bit far, especially for someone with mobility issues (my travel companion), but is fine for anyone else. We found good places to eat just a short distance away.

Location was quite convenient - 10min walk from Castelvecchio and 15-20mins walk to Arena. Room was cleaned daily, at times even when we had 'dnd' hung outside door. Size of room was decent. Good value for money.

Just about 15 minute walk to the old city. Safe area. Very nice rooms with latest comforts. Nice breakfast.
