Great place for a pet owner. Very accommodating for pets.

Only one device at a time for wifi, very inconvenient when trying to reserve or plan stuff.

Customer service was great! Friendly staff and clean facility.

Overall, everything was as expected. prompt service, clean rooms, nice resort. Only 2 issues: the "Garden View" is to an empty patch of dirt between the wall. The mattresses were very hard, so my partner didn't sleep well on it

Good villa with access to all the facilities at the busier sister hotel, just across a quiet road. Very relaxing stay.

A resort style accommodation with nice pool and shady trees. The service was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. I reserved the hotel 1 night prior to my arrival but when I went to check in the staff did not seem to find my reservation at first. It was not too long til they found me a room. Location of the resort is good and plenty of parking space. The entrance is a bit awkward and made me feel like entering from the backstage. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was awesome.

Hotel staffs did not know where the parking was. We asked for parking direction from 3 security staffs and they told us different location! Front desk has upgrade room to pool-view type. The front view we have got was a restroom between our room and the pool. Lot of mosquitos in the room. We have got a terrible experience with a very expensive room ($100++).
