The pictures displayed of the property were completely different than what the room actually looked like. The pictures displayed a modern looking hotel, however when we arrived there were cracks in the walls and the mirror had a huge brown stain on it. The shower head had plenty of scum on it. There was a huge piece of wood chipped off the shelf, hair in the sink and the walls were dirty.

很好 The room was nice, the staff was helpful. The bathroom wall though had mold in the shower portion so wasn’t the cleanest. Overall okay for the price and for one night

Two separate rooms were booked for our employees travelling to Malaysia. They checked out within the hour and we had to find alternate accommodation due to:
- Rooms having bodily hair from previous guest in the beds
- Rooms were locked but had someone enter them, breaking the lock - highly unsafe
- Hotel advertised restaurant but employees were told there wasn't a restaurant upon arrival
We have emailed a complaint and asked for a refund but haven't received any response.
Absolutely terrible hotel.

The room was not clean. We may have had clean bedding. But the bathroom was gross the hairdryer had debris on it. There was no shampoo. Beds were not comfortable. Did not look at all like the photos.

Funny that you’re at Airport hotel and your room looks like the inside of a plane
Cute idea nice stuff, good convenience, store, and two restaurants right there to choose from not much else to do without a taxi
Great service to the airport quick efficient
