Tv not good, Chang refrigerator 2 time, Veg food little difficult but sum restorent staff helped nand making some food, Pool is not clear

The property was significantly overcrowded during our stay. Since this is positioned as a family resort, it was surprising to find that some pools were restricted to adults only during specific hours. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant odor (similar to sulfur) in the elevators, ground floor, and lobby. It seems like a straightforward maintenance issue, so it is unclear why management hasn't addressed it. That being said, the rooms, food, and overall facilities were good, and the frontline staff were clearly trying their best to manage the volume of guests.

Staff are amazing, so friendly and very supportive. Breakfast is rich with a lot of varieties and very satisfying. Amenities are very good specially for families with young kids

Fantastic hotel for kids, lots to do and we were well looked after.

This was our fourth stay with Centara Mirage Dubai and we loved it. However, it was an extremely busy time and we found the service to be a little slower and not as good as previous years, especially at breakfast. I asked for milk and it did not arrive, plates not cleared on time etc. There also does not seem to be a reward system for returning guests which is a shame. We loved the hotel, amenities are amazing especially the pools.

The rooms were ok. They were probably the best thing about the hotel. Food was not great, facilities were being refurbished at times so we couldn’t use certain things. The kids club was quite far to get to. We would not book again. Staff at the main reception were always busy and it was hard to get help. Service was slow for drinks etc.
