Kind and welcoming staff, room was clean and simple. The neighborhood is calm and close to some stores and great locals restaurants.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and modern but abit small. Just a shame that the water quality was poor.

Wonderful helpful staff and great accommodations.

Pretty disappointed with this place. Room felt dank. Sheets sort of heavy and greasy. Walls were spattered with blood from mosquitoes. Shower was cold. Most annoying was the lack of plug sockets near to the bed which lead to me pulling back the sofa to find one - under there hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Not nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, studio. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurant. Need to get bike or taxi to Boat Avenue or if going further afield.

When we checked in there was lizard droppings on our bed. The shower drain was plugged. The hotel corrected the issue ASAP. Information was wrong about location as it was not close to the beach. Quiet and comfortable stay.

This is such a lovely place to stay that is quie,cozy. W

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use this accommodation again in the future

Beautiful property off the busy Phuket tourist path. Had the best night sleep in months. Would have loved to stay longer, but property was booked. Joe, the owner helped me find a new spot and kindly drove me there. Thank you. 🙏 Highly recommended.
