Very small island. Not much variety in food choices. Almost same menu everyday. Mostly German tourists come here. Good diving and snorkeling spots all around. Difficult to get hot water for shower. Would not visit again.

My experience was good for the first time in the Maldives but should have spent the extra to stay at another nicer island. Limited amenities - access to shop - had to pay for water - got tripped up a few times by them offering water and then getting charged… not cool - felt like a fishing island ran by men more then a resort style island. Vibes weren’t great 50% of the time as in attention to the customer aka making your stay feel fab. Charged extra tax for activities and not informed only found out when I paid the bill which put a dampener on the experiences. Couple before me questioned the extra costs also when checking out. Would stay closer to Mali next time or The Conrad… stopped there on the plane for a drop off and pick up and man that place looks amazing!!

Island is wonderful, Food is 5*, staff is very good, but old bungalow (20 water bungalow) is Renovation now.

The Maldives is always nice. The value for money here was good. The food is buffet style and reasonable - although the islands which do not include half board and are also in a different price category offer much more varied and tastier food. The staff was not unfriendly, but a but a bit careless. Again unlike on other islands where I have stayed, I did not feel they had much of a service mentality. The island is eroding on one side and it seriously impacts some of the villas (bungalows) - I guess a consequence of climate change. Not sure whether guests would happily stay in those.

My husband and I had a wonderful 7 night stay at Angaga Resort recently. We loved arriving by sea plane and seeing the crystal clear water and beautiful sandy beach. It really felt like we were in paradise and didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. We came home feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Very friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff. Dive operation very professional, well organized, and conscientious. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing experience. Perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. House reef is full of beautiful corals and sea life. Turtles, reef sharks, moray eels and much more. Great food, friendly staff...highly recommended.

Friendly staff, beautiful water and affordable retreat!

This was my third stay at Angaga and once again it didn't disappoint. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned twice a day with an abundance of clean towels. The food offers a variety of dishes in a buffet style at each meal. There is a fantastic German run dive school on the island - Sub Aqua and we dived every day. The dive staff are very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this island.
