Confusão na hora do checkout e quarto com tudo muito velho e mal cuidado. Apenas a localização e o preço que salvam!

It was not clear from the booking that I had to go to another address to get the key. Check-in is at 2:00, but I did not get room until 2:30.

Compared to most of the Carioca service we experienced, the staff of the Ace Praia Botafogo Suites were unbelievably helpful. They tried to help us find another nearby place to stay after hotels.com screwed up our booking (and they were fully booked) The staff also said it was hotels.com issues. After showing us many options nearby, someone checked out of the Ace Praia...and the staff allowed us to take that room and still kept the same rates as our original booking. I would recommend this to any of my friends looking for decent economical accommodations in RdJ.
