Service was terrible. Multiple times they dropped the ball on various asks. For checkout we had to wait 1 hr to get bags. Refused to give room key to get the bags myself. Overall some parts of stay were ok but service wise they need to tighten things.

不錯 Something else. I had mistakenly booked twice and charged. There was no exception. So i booked for myself and my alter ego.

Amazing hotel! The Experience I have was incredible. The chef every morning was attentive, friendly and shared with my different food options to try, this was more than just a buffet.
The most special moment was when I was sitting in the car and Bharat Singh came to me with a special souvenirs. What a moment! I will definitely come back with my tour with family and friends.

Great experience, the restaurant serves some lip smacking food.
We were celebrating our anniversary, however did not get anything complimentary (not even a cake) from the hotel, which would have made the experience even better
