This place is misleading in terms of amenities and not well maintained. Overpriced for what it is, which is essentially condos without helpful staff.

There is not front-desk. There is no staff. This property should have people on these positions. Beside that, this is a great place for vacationing. It include everything you need. I would stay here again for sure.

This property would greatly benefit from an onsite manager. The check in was very disorganized and not helpful. There were payment processing issues and very little instruction on how to locate the specific property, the parking situation, amenities, etc. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The hallways did have dirty floors though.

We had a large condo unit and our son was getting married so it was really nice for entertaining

It was a very nice room and was excellent for our family of 5 with small children. The room was clean. Our drier did not work but we managed. The BBQ had an issue with its plug but other then that everything was in fine working order. Kids loved the pool and very large hot tub. We only spoke with staff twice (once while checking in, and again about the dryer) and each time the staff where very friendly and helpful.

Solara used to be a great place to stay but now it looks run down and poorly maintained. I got multiple scam attempts before our stay so when the last message came through Expedia, I didn’t even open it. Little did I know that I needed that message to check in and no one would be there at arrival. Check in was not easy and required a trip to another resort because Solara does not have front desk staff. I would not recommend staying here and will not return

The parkade was filthy, and then they were trying to clean it and had blocked off a number of parking spots but didn't do any cleaning so they were blocked off for now reason. A number of us just moved the pylons so we could park. The way to the pool was very awkward through the dirty parkade. Didn't work well for the families we saw making their way there. The hallways were very hot, and the carpet was very tired. The room was fine but getting worn. Fireplace was only electric, that was disappointing and it didn't work well and made a strange noise. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

מדובר על מתחם מאוד מיושן, עם מערכת קליטה מסורבלת ובלי דלפק קבלה, אלא שימוש בדלפק של מלון אחר. לקח לנו מעל שעה של טלפונים ונסיעה למלון מרוחק עד שהצלחנו בכלל להיכנס לדירה. כל עניין הצ'ק אין בנוי בצורה מאוד לא ידידותית.

The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless

Very clean property as well as our flat. The staff at reception is very helpful. Parking was very convenient.
