Yo, my ratings are based on price paid and then the expected level of services and value and quality so this case I read the resort quite high because I paid very little and everything was really above expectations. The service was great to check in people were absolutely lovely had a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful. I got everything I wanted and you got a beautiful beach ride out front and you can walk up and down the beach to other resorts, so it's a lower price resort three stars but the performs very well for the price and expectations

This hotel was nice enough for a couple of nights and I was grateful for the free breakfast. But the dining area was so outdated and really unclean. There was also constant excessive noise at the hotel from other guests as well as staff. The housekeeping also came to clean my room just after 8am which was far too early as I had just woken up. The pool area was nice to have but the pool was separated weirdly by a metal gate in the middle of the pool to keep kids safe. There also weren’t any umbrellas by the pool so I couldn’t sit there for more than 5 minutes. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The towels are very old and didn’t seem well cared for and the rooms generally need to be refurbished.

Convenient location, lots of dining options near by. We stayed in a bungalow unit the bed was huge for the size of the room. Pool was nicely located right by the beach. Great seating available on the beach as well. Breakfast was huge, fresh and hot. On the final morning we had to leave early for a bus and they packed it for us to go. English speaking staff on duty at front desk. All in all a great stay, nothing fancy but everything we needed.

방가로에 머물렀고 수영장 바로앞이라 좋았어요. 수영장앞엔 바다가 있고 바다에선 조개잡는 현지민들이 있었고 대체적으로 깨끗하고 조용하며 조식도 괜찮었어요. 직원들 친절하고 가격저렴합니다.

Friendly, helpful staff. Right on the water. Huge breakfast range. Tidy rooms.

This a lovely resort, great grounds and friendly staff. Overpriced though, for what you can get in this part of Mui No.

Good hotel. Nice bungalows that you stay in. Nice access to the beach and a good pool. A bit to walk to get to the nice resturants and such. Overall great hotel.

hotel has a nice beach,but room so small,and bathroom so smaller.i satyed here for 2 nigths ,nobody come to clean my room.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff could not be more helpful. Clean, safe, convenient. Private pool and beach. Top notch all the way. Ms. Kim deserves international hotel employee of the year award! Go there and enjoy!
