Nice resort, clean environment.

We wished we had planned a second night! We stayed here on our return from Sa Pa before taking a flight the next day. Very convenient and roads with light traffic to get to the airport. This is a 121 ha resort in a natural setting where you have free access to bicycles to explore. There are 2 or 3 restaurants including an excellent breakfast buffet. You can hear frogs singing at night and birds...what a concept around noisy Hanoi.

After driving through a typical Vietnam town we pulled up to the property and were amazed. The grounds are vast and full of sculptures any many available activities, including biking, boating, a zoo, an opera house , a chocolate museum, and several restaurants throughput the property. At check-in we were greeted by a wonderful staff that seemed even excited to meet us. Lan, Luong,and Huong couldn't have been nicer! The rest of the staff , even though our Vietnamese is limited to Google translate couldn't have been more helpful. In the restaurants we were given 5 star treatment from Trang , Quong. Quong was at the 2 restaurants we ate at Bamboo and Sky , and treated us like royalty. I wish we had more time to stay there. If you a chance you must visit their little zoo. The man workings there is an incredible bird trainer. He will literary have birds landing on you and eating out of your hand. If we are ever anywhere near the Flamingo we will definitely be staying and for a longer time. On top of it all the low price we payed was quite unbelievable for such a incredible experience

far away, smelly and dirty room, not worth the trip. Nothing around the area. Crowded and loud dining hall with locals screaming

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days. We had a great time. Private, good service, lots of good food.

Had a great long weekend holiday at Dai Lai Resort! Its beautiful location. Villas are clean, nice, comfortable and a lot of fun for the family. Restaurants are pretty good, not great but definitely not bad either, and priced a lot more than normal Vietnamese restaurants but still totally reasonable considering you're eating on the resort with no other options..I thought very fair value still. Service is the only sort of negative thing I can put...service is not grea mostly because it seemed understaffed at the restaurants

We give this hotel 10 Stars. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and the ocean view was amazing.

We booked the villa but the pool is not heated & the sauna was not working. room service made a mistake on our order & Front Office was not as efficient. Breakfast experience was so so.

It was a beautiful resort. Very beautiful room and the view. Wifi had some trouble and due to rain the cleanliness was compromised in some spots.

It appears obvious that the Resort does not, nor can it cater to English speaking tourists. Not one of the 100's of staff can speak English. This is not an exaggeration. This situation wrecked our stay. WE CANNOT NOR WILL WE RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE.
