Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only issue is the lack of elevators. We had to manually carry our luggage to the 3rd floor.

Great location and we really appreciated the free parking. However breakfast was quite basic and didn't seem very hygienic at times.

The cleanliness of the family room could be better. Specially the bathroom, there were some spots on the walls. Also one of the bed was located right in front of the bathroom door. The breakfast was cold and simple. Air conditioning was helpful specially at summer. Also I did not like the location of the hotel.

Booked this hotel a few weeks before arriving. Upon my arrival couldn’t find the hotel because the entire road was dug up for construction. No notice no instructions just lost driving in circles. They tried their best to make it better. I don’t think I would stay there again

This hotel is not as central as I’d hoped. The road out front was being redone so we had to walk around to get in. It was rainy and muddy when we arrived which gave off a bad first impression. Luckily the sun came out the next day and we enjoyed the 50min walk to Old Town. The breakfast was amazing along with the full time hot chocolate and coffee. Parking was right on sight with no extra charge. If you don’t mind the 50min walk, I highly recommend.

The staff was very nice. We had a hard time finding the building because of the construction, which blocked the main road, but we gave the reception a call, and they were kind and responsive. This is a budget hotel - you get what you pay for. It is rare to get anything in Quebec City for this price. If you only need a place to sleep and are budget-conscious, this is the place for you. The things that were uncomfortable about our stay were the following. The hotel reeked of an air freshener. I read that the previous customer had issues with the colorine, so I think they tried to mask it with the freshener, but the smell was too strong. Also, the way that they hung the mirror was blocking the tap. You couldn't run the tap because of the mirror, so you had to hold the tap if you wanted the water to run. We were also in front of the parking garage, so when we were sleeping, a car was coming to the parking garage, and the headlights woke us up.

This hotel is “ok.” Pros - easy to find and easy parking Staff spoke English and French Family style room was spacious Breakfast was yummy Cons- Hotel is older and needs some maintenance, faucet fell on my daughters foot and as a result we were unable to shower after a 10 hour drive the first night Breakfast area isn’t cleaned well, tables are not wiped down enough Overall decor is a little gray and depressing
