It’s basically a single room hostile.

Everything was spot on, specially the front desk staff, always ready to help and happy to do it. We will be back soon! CHEERS!

The hotel is really nice and spacious. Rooms are clean, the size of the bathroom was great with a double sink. Location is perfect, right by plaza Mayor and there is a train station nearby Would Definitely stay again

The hotel was nice. The only thing to consider is that the rooms have an open concept. So toilet and shower are each in closed room but sink and mirror are out in the open room. So if sharing the room it’s a bit of maneuvering to dress in the shower. Other than that, hotel was nice and in a great location.

Location was wonderful, close to shops, restaurants and Plaza Mayor😊 Although there was a lift, the design of the boutique property meant that access to the breakfast area in the basement was difficult, with over thirty stairs. There were also more steps up and down between other areas, including the entrance foyer. There was good aircon and modern bathroom facilities.

Very clean, professional people, good location, very small room.

very good everything

If you’re looking for a decent place right at the center of madrid, this is the place for you. A++

LOVED IT

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Rooms were large and very clean. Getting to any room requires carrying your bag up stairs though, so not suitable for anyone who needs disabled access. Staff were very friendly and helpful
