低於平均 The room was nice sized and the shower was quite large. They did a nice job upgrading the shower, but went cheap on the shower head. There was some dirt in the corners of the bathroom and I wouldn’t say they spend time mopping the floor in there. The AC made noise all the time and did not cool the room down real well. The receptionist seemed confused told us we would pay the valet for the parking, but it was included in our overall charges. Glad I got a copy of the receipt to see this. It’s a good enough room to stay in, but nothing special.

低於平均 Im not one for bad reviews, however we were most definitely not impressed. Paid a fee to have an early check in, and the room wasn't very clean, or finished, there was hair in the shower and on the floors, toilet seat was stained. The toilet handle you had to keep pushing up to get it to stop running and flush. No fitted sheet on the beds, stains on the mattress, and most definitely not comfortable. Halls had trash and debris from when we checked in to the following afternoon. There was a blanket in a bag left at our door. We never asked, and left it there, again that was there until the following day. This morning we were waking up at 8, and there's a knock on the door and they were asking if we we were ready for them to clean it, we let them know we were just waking up, and his response was sorry there wasnt a do not disturb tag. (We didnt have one in the room) Check out was at 11. Over all, wouldn't stay again. The only up side was valet and the bell hop was super nice.

很好 The AC fan was a little noisy. Maintenance responded immediately, 10 or 15 minutes (unheard of)!! The guy replaced the fan unit!!
