Really enjoyed Sails! Good location, It was close to everything, but far enough away that you didnt get late night revellers or early morning walkers - less than 5min walk to the city centre, less than 2min walk to an awesome walking path. Room amenities were awesome - coffee pod or plunger, as well the normal sachets you expect to find, there was actual loose leaf tea and a decent tea pot to use or again the normal tea bags you find everywhere. Would definitely recommend Sails

Loved staying here at The Sails !!
Comfy bed , great shower, lots of fresh airflow , cosy as in the chilly evening, big TV with satellite viewing , good coffee with either plunger or pod, fresh milk, well stocked kitchen for in- home style cooking .
Free laundry facilities .
Close to cbd and pretty much everything/ everywhere you'd need .
Definitely recommend to travellers wanting value for money and comfort .
