Wonderful location and authentic experience of historical Bath. Please be aware that not all travelers will be willing to cope with small quarters and lack of air conditioning or an elevator! Perfect for me, but a fellow traveler chose another hotel a few blocks away so she could be more comfortable in the record breaking heat.

This is more akin to a B&B. The staff is only present from 10am to 2pm. The room was very nice, both clean and comfortable.

This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys.

About 50 yards walk to the Circus in one direction and a few hundred yards walk to the Royal Crescent in the other direction. We loved the Go Slow and Enjoy coffee shop a short walk from the circus.
