no cooked food available at 07:00 for breakfast. No bowls for cereals or yoghurt, I had to use a plate to eat my yoghurt off.
No staff clearing tables of used crockery and cutlery, messy breakfast area.
Coffee machine out of order.
Some guests wearing bed clothes in the communal breakfast area, is that a Welsh thing maybe?

Room clean no problem. Staff always helpful and polite. Breakfast was fine don’t expect too much, did the job.
Location was a bit further than I expected. All other reviews said was great location I would not stay there again as thought location was ok good 10 minutes fast walked. Also wasn’t the nicest of walks

The hotel is ideally placed, 15 mins walk to the bay, 20 mins walk to town centre and very quiet. Rooms have all the amenities if you want to eat in and there is a shop nearby. The complimentary breakfast sets you up for the day.

低於平均 We had dirty towels - only noticed when using them - and very little hair conditioner - was hard to get any out of- reception laughed and said it was for house keeping to know - stayed one night never again

Great location for the bay and city centre, can walk to both. Great spacious room with a full kitchen. Lovely clean room. Breakfast is what you’d expect for continental. My only constructive points is there wasn’t enough tables for breakfast during busy periods. Also despite the TV being Smart, they don’t let you access Smart features so no streaming apps and picture quality was quite bad.

Breakfast didn't include bacon and hash browns like it did last time. Bit disappointing , but it was still pretty good 👍
