Horrible experience!!!!! The water was shut off in our room. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and very old. Your clothes will start smelling dump even in your suitcase with poor ventilation. The toilet was not draining and no one came to fix it. There was no cold water and could not shower. We left with no showers and had to use the lobby restrooms. If you can avoid booking them do so!!!!!!!!! The only positive was 2 staff members who helped us beyond measures and were amazing Mr. Riyaz and Mr. Ali. They provided guidance to us.

Very nice hotel, good water park for children of all ages, rooms had good air con and were cleaned to a high standard. I had an accident whilst at the hotel and staff were very good, had a nurse on site and we were very well looked after

The hotel is near Airport, has a good beach and pool area, stuff are kind and friendly the prices is very reasonable for Dubai and the food is very good but compared to the other hotels in Dubai it is not luxurious and doesn’t have all the facilities that 5 star hotels have at the same time it is chilled and relaxed you don’t need to dress up and it is far from city centre 30 minutes ride I think it is good with family

Riu was great. Compared to other Riu, it lacked mini bar in the room, not all restaurants were available aside from the main buffet. Also entertainment was very specific to kids and not adults. But overall had a good time there.

The food, staff and beach was excellent.

Nice clean resort, great customer service and top notch food 10/10 for the food!

The value is there for the price. I came during the war times so thr restaurants were not all open which makes sense due to lower occupancy. It is a little further from the downtown/marina areas but a great place to kick back especially if you had kids. It seems to be a very popular destination for locals on the weekends tons of kids. I personally would have preferred an adults only concept and a la carte dining but overall theyre doing good with what that they have. The spa services are great. The beach is massive. There are a few pools to enjoy with swim up bars. There was no pool service (waitresses around the pool) bringing drinks. There was entertainment daily.

Needs more restaurants like all of the other Rius resorts it’s only had one restaurant and the food was horrible the staff was also useless as well
