Todo muy bien

Had a room with a deck and two hot tubs. Did take some time to be able to use it with the slow water flow. Beautiful room and view.

I booked a deluxe double but received a room that could barely fit two people and a few suitcases. The booking photos made it seem like we would get a spacious room with access to a hot tub, and the price we paid reflected the photos, but there was no hot tub or any other amenities at all. Even worse, the room was quite drab. Many of the light fixtures and wall paper were broken and held together with tape. The air conditioner did not work and the in-floor heating would not turn off. The bathroom sink drained directly onto the floor as well. I would have asked for a refund or another room but this hotel does not have any staff on site other than cleaning staff in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean, a bit run down, but nothing too bad. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Continental breakfast is not a cooked meal. Not having milk to make a cafe latte is not a good way to start the day. Not everyone drinks Americanos and no alternatives! Extremely disappointing! The attitude of the member of staff was equally disappointing! Milk was available a few meters from the hotel, a solution could be provided!

Great stay if tired from flight and not wanting to travel into Seoul.

Very little staff on site, but we knew this was self check in so that why less stars for staff. It served our needs and was a wonderful convenient place.

No staff at this hotel. SELF CHECKI. Lobby and rooms in poor condition (we thought there was black mold at sink. No elevator or front door security (because there is no staff) and no deadbolt on the door. No luggage storage or late checkout at an Airport hotel.

It's very convenient for checking in and out process. clean and quiet👍

The spa suite has mold and stain anround the tub and all the water fixture didn't work properly and couldn't control the water temperature. The property owner didn't maintain properly and spa suite was very disappointment.
