Really nice suite located in the heart of Kas Marina. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Coffee bar in the lobby/patio is a nice place to relax in the afternoon.

The staff were helped us connect with our Tour Boat Operator so we knew exactly where to meet the next day. At breakfast they helped me to eat a Gluten Free Meal. Great location in the centre of the City close to the port and all amenities.

The pictures are deceptive, this property is right in the middle of a busy area of bars and restaurants so it’s very loud. Sleeping was only possible with earphone in all night long. Aside from the surrounding noise, the walks are thin so you hear other guests and the lift is loud. Pack earplugs. It’s a shame because the actual apartment was very nice. It was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is a little oversold, there is nothing to cook with except an electric hot plate but it’s useful to have a coffee machine, fridge & washer. The balcony looks over other businesses so we didn’t use it. The breakfast selection was limited to bread, cheese and eggs. The food was fine though. Note - there is no parking and Kas is crazy busy so you will need to park outside of the town and walk in or there is a paid car park around the corner for 400tl per day. Overall the accommodation is good but only for those who can sleep through loud noise or bring noise cancelling headphones or earplugs.

Pros: Staff were brilliant, really friendly, helpful and easily available on the front desk and via WhatsApp. Breakfast was very good. Location was great, right in the centre of Kaş. Hotel was welcoming, modern and nicely decorated. Cons: We booked a room through Expedia which said it had a balcony (listed twice, both under ‘amenities’ and ‘highlights’). As a smoker and a person with claustrophobia, I would never book a room or holiday rental without direct access to an outside space. Our room did not have a balcony and we were unable to change rooms as they had no other rooms available. Both windows overlooked enclosed spaces so it was dark and gloomy. Our bedroom was directly above the kitchen so were woken up at 7.30am every day by staff prepping food for breakfast. The shower leaked out of the cubicle so there was a constant pool of water on the bathroom floor. There were no shelves or drawers so nowhere to unpack. There was a wardrobe with 9 hangers but that wasn’t enough for 2 people for 6 days so we had to use our suitcase on the floor as clothes storage. There were two mirrors in the room, one in the bathroom, which was too dark, and another one which was so high up on the wall I struggled to see myself in it. It was difficult to apply my makeup or dry my hair as I couldn’t see myself. The room wasn’t cleaned once in the 6 nights we stayed. The information card said that bedding would be changed every 3 days but this didn’t happen.

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Turkey. Best location is Kas and rooms were great. Staff held our bags for a few days while we went on a boat trip. Aslar travel next door were great with transfers and best coffee downstairs for our whole trip. A must stay!

We booked this hotel very last-minute — actually the same morning — when my son and I decided to go to Kaş. And we were so glad we did! The location, the cleanliness, and the overall quality of the hotel were excellent. For the price, it’s an amazing combination — truly great value. One small note: since it’s right in the center, on weekend nights it can be lively outside. People hang out in nearby bars and cafés, and the area stays busy until late. We went to bed early, so it was a bit noisy for a couple of hours. Other than that, everything was wonderful. If we come back to Kaş, I’d love to stay here again — if it’s available!

Very nice staff! Nice place, Excellent breakfast

On arrival we found no one at the hotel but front door unlocked. We walked in and tried calling out for staff. Walked out after 20 minutes and a staff member arrived on his motorbike. No apology at all and just booked us in quickly. Breakfast is absolutely vile and we decided not to touch it for our entire stay. We normally only stay 5 star but i would not even give this hotel a 1 star. The only benefit it has is location because you will find everything at walking distance and an amazing vibe in the evenings in kas.

Lovely hotel centrally located. Staff was very nice, they helped us with an early check in and very pleasant thought out our stay. The best part about this hotel tho is the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended
