不錯 A tale of two types
One staff/owner was wonderful and very helpful with everything even sending us through to the restaurant before they were open. We didn't realize it but the woman who waited on us did and took out her irritation on us. The most unpleasant evening of our trip she was just rude.
At breakfast the woman who waited on us was kind and cheerful and efficient. Two out of three but that rude one ruined the whole experience and place.

Room is very small and old .
Hot water running unstable in bathroom,
its door is clearly to see guy using toilet and showing. air conditioned works uncomfortably.
Although I booked 2 nights , I gave up 2nd night staying and lost money of 1 night lodging . Owner did not agree to refund city tax of 2nd night to me.
The guy at front desk was not friendly.

Great location for the Christmas markets, just 2 blocks to get there. Hotel was lovely, room was great and staff were helpful and spoke beautiful English. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food. Totally enjoyed our stay

Overall fantastic hotel, spacious and clean rooms with pretty views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa. But it is still a good hotel and I would return there as the location is good.

Room was small, The hot tub and pool were pay to use. 20€ an hour - not indicated on Expedia when we payed.
