not a good hotel, not 4 star. lobby not got ac. rooms are alright wifi is terrible, the bottled water is not bisleri(actual bottled water)

I will never stay there, bad staff, poor service, fly and mosquito at breakfast, they don’t give extra towel, they refused for any service you need, only give hand and bath towel, they don’t give face towel, very unprofessional and unhelpful staff

Need to make wifi excess easier.

The property it self is nice hotel, nice helpful staff etc. There was an issue with the twin beds I think mattresses need to be changed to more comfortable ones and also the beds did not seem level, not sure, also pillows were very high. Another issue is the mosquitos in the ground floor restaurant, something needs to be done to try and protect the diners.

A one property in Andheri West and staff also tooo Gud.

Good

Great location but inconvenient WiFi rules. Amenities are outdated. Overpriced for the quality of rooms.

The hotel was clean and staff very accomadating. The pool is on the roof, but no sun beds provided or sun shades. Very difficult if ypu wish to relax and swim. The hotel should consider supplying these essential items which other hotels do give.

Very friendly staff

Good breakfast
