Fantastic experience! The executive rooms are well worth it offering the best views of the Bund and Pearl Tower with free access to the 30est floor lounge to complementary unlimited food and soft drinks all day and alcoholic drinks (6-8pm). The location couldn’t be more convenient too.

We chose this hotel because the location was perfect. It’s about in the middle of the Nanjing Road pedestrian area. The hop-on-hop-off bus has a stop immediately adjacent to the hotel, and another just a couple blocks away. The lobby is on the second floor. You can walk up a steep flight of stairs on Nanjing Road or you can walk into the attached garage and take an elevator to the lobby. Our room was not very large, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was quite good with consistent temperature and strong spray. Like most China hotels, bottled water is provided for free. If you need more, they will bring it to your room. The buffet breakfast was good and had windows looking out over Nanjing Road. It was a good environment. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. It's right in the middle of the main street. Walkable to the bund too. The highlight for me was breakfast, so many options and I don't eat meat, so plenty more if you do. Also had soya milk so useful if you're vegan. Bed was comfortable, room has a kettle to make tea/coffee whenever you like which I always appreciate. You have to request things like toothbrushes or razors though. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Perfect location for first time visitors to Shanghai. Building a bit dated but room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional and very efficient. Many options at breakfast buffet. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The walk to the Bund is a must do both at day and at night.
