It was awesome. I am not a robot. I'm just a guy. The onsen was fricking awesome. Loved the floor. -Kaya

I loved the onsite Onsen and style of traditional Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful! Amenities were great! Beautiful hotel room view! The only downside is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Nagano, so plan ahead as it’s not easy to reach via walking. Shuttle buses are readily available however to help get around.

Great place for the price. Group onsen and evening lounge included free. Sauna too. The only thing was that the room same was advertised as non smoking but smelled of cigarettes. Hotel staff switched our room but the new room... While a little better... Unfortunately also smelled of cigarettes. Other thank this it was a great stay. Quiet. And a great community atmosphere in the free evening lounge.

Little away from Nagano city however, good shuttle from rail station was provided by the Hotel. Room provided was clean with great view of the mountains. Staff were helpful and professional. In-house laundry facility with washer & dryer availability was very helpful for guests. Breakfast spread was excellent with great choice of breads, fruits, all beverages, cheese, desserts etc. Lounge was very comfortable and provided beverages and snacks for all guests.

Very nice accommodations and very good value. The rooms are in need of a refresh, but extremely functional. Our only improvement would be the food variety. We stayed for one week, which is probably unusual for most guests so we tired of the same food day after day. There is great variety, but the same ever day. As an example, for fruit it's apple, banana and pineapples every breakfast varying with other fruits every other day would be a welcome change. Same with eggs, bread selections.

湯上がりスペースに飲み放題（アルコールも）の休憩所が23時まで利用できます。 朝食ブュッフェも品数がすごく豊富で、大満足でした。

A large hotel with a ton of guests. Great hotel and great staff. Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people. Seemed unlike most Japanese experiences.

温泉が良い 朝食バイキングもメニューも豊富で良かった

Staff was amazing but compared to other Mercure hotels this one is very outdated (a lot of furniture was outside so they may be renovating) but wallpaper was peeling, there were marks on the walls and carpet where paintings/furniture used to be) and the beds we had were hard as rocks. As were the pillows. That said the staff and food were exceptional

Breakfast is good and lots of selection
