Not the best place to stay. Far from many things and shops. A lot of faulty equipments. The elevator was not working for the entire stay . There was dog poop on the stairs .

Although the lift was broken, they accommodated us on the 1st floor which was perfectly. The bar staff were lovely and reception helpful. Could have done with more parking but we got there early so it wasn’t a problem

Lovely looking hotel. However upon staying in the room there were many problems such as, tap for the sink very wobbly and leaking onto floor. Toilet was wobbling from the wall. Sink was also blocked . Bathroom shelf falling off. Nothing wrong with the staff here. Very friendly and helpful. When the maintenance of the rooms match the quality of staff then it would be a 4 star. However considering the price this is very bad value for money in its current state

Breakfast: great selection but not great quality and cheeses and cucumber dried out around the edges only one tiny bowl of yogurt, cooked food hadclearly been hanging around also - coffee is from a machine so you can’t taylor it - very disappointing not worth the £19 each in any way.

It was an ok hotel, not worth the cost £153 for one night & breakfast. Noticed in morning that sheets had stain on them, this was hidden under the top cover and not obvious when getting into bed night before. Breakfast was very basic, apparently cooked breakfast was an option but nobody was about to take an order for this. Coffee was horrible from a machine that needed a clean…black coffee was a grey brown. Ideal location for 02, but would stick to other hotel across the road In future..only came here as thought the high cost would equate to better quality.

Felt like there were no staff present at all. Waited for someone to serve us for a beer in the evening and a coffee the next morning and just got the feeling the staff couldn’t be bothered. Check in was also very awkward being asked some really random questions and not just asking for my name and booking confirmation like any other normal hotel. Location is a bit of a dive too, not great.

An easy walk to the O2, and Greenwich. Great beds and bathroom.

Very clean room and value for the money
