Unfriendly, slow and unresponsive staff at check-in. Night staff much more friendly and responsive.

Booked and paid for a king bed and got a queen one… Didn’t argue this point, was already tired of the front desk guy….

Came back after a long day to find no towels in the room (after one of us had already jumped in the shower). After ringing down to the front desk they sent us one towel between the two of us. It took another two calls and 40 mins to get a second towel.

Customer service was very good, staff were nice and friendly. I thought I booked a hotel apartment but it was just a regular standard hotel room. It was a short trip so it was OK, location was also very good- 2 mins from the mall of Emirates, loads of restaurants, supermarkets etc,
