Best part was the convenience of the Car Service, which was included in the stay. Breakfast ordering was a little odd, but overall (for the price point ) it was wonderful. It’s also incredibly historic building which was quite nice built in the seventh century with a historic old front door.

Beautiful view, big room huge balcony . Very convenient closed to all buses that goes everywhere. Lots of restaurants around . Bank , groceries beauty salon near by too . Walking distance from everywhere . Very warm and welcoming staff . Delicious breakfast was brought to my room or balcony every day . Loved staying there I would definitely stay there again ♥️♥️♥️ Bus was around the corner going to the beach no need to walk down or up the stairs

I stayed for 2 nights, and my stay was amazing, we did Ocean view and it was spectacular, the room was very clean and beautiful decor the bathroom was a scene with beautiful tile and everything available. You can get to the hotel walking distance 16 min from the ferry but lots of steps or you can take a taxi which I recommend if you have luggage. The staff was amazing, very professional sweet and attentive, we had complimentary breakfast and the food was fresh and delicious I cannot get over the croissants and coffee. They also helped me rent a Vespa which I recommend a lot if you are going places since it's a long walk for shops and also booked private transportation for my time of leave since it was very early, they spoke English and I got to practice my Italian as well very sweet people would recommend my stay and would def. come again!

The staff was excellent. Very helpful in booking transfer from airport and luggage transfer. Overall, great place to stay!

Worst and rude staff

- The staff were warm and attentive. - They provided a lot of useful information. - They offered very thoughtful service.

The outside appearance, location, and views of the hotel were the only things satisfactory. The manager didn't speak English and was not accommodating or hospitable. Leo and Eva were kind and trying to be a helpful as possible. They upcharged for a ride anywhere and charged different rates ($25-$50 USD per ride). The bedspread and couch had stains, were dusty and never cleaned/washed. The manager didn't explain that we had to leave our key with them in order to have them clean our room which is a security hazard as I had items in the safe. The breakfast was not good and they charged for anything cooked. Overall, I'm disappointed for spending this kind of money on this stay as I was paying hefty for a view and that's it. Loved Positano but not this hotel.

Great Internet access. Staff was amazing, always available to assist. Excellent location, close to everything.

Room was great but staff was not as friendly

The staff/ owner was very attentive and kind to us. We enjoyed the view and having breakfast brought to our room each day. The only suggestion would bento have more water pressure for the 3 rd floor. Shower was a trickle. Beautiful place!
