Staff was wonderful! Accommodating, helpful and friendly. The breakfast that was included with our stay was absolutely delicious. Although they do have an a la carte menu to order something different, the free breakfast was more than enough. The only thing I will tell people is to be aware that if they travel to Tulum

Great staff, a beautiful room, and testy breakfast! The area is quiet and very walkable. The only downside is we were in PH 2 and the AC can’t keep up with the heat of the afternoon.

Did not used the pool, and you have to pay for coffe in the room after the first day .

We experienced a power/water outage and did not get any helpful assistance. This ruined our plans as it was our only day in Tulum and we were unable to shower or charge our devices. We understand some things are out of the control of the property but there was no helpful solution offered and instead the entire day was ruined.

Amazing experience yet again! This was our second time staying here. The staff is incredible and we highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in tulum.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected more for a boutique 4-star hotel. Breakfast was included, but honestly, it could be much better. The coffee tasted very weak, almost like water. Sometimes the fruit was sliced extremely thin, to the point it was almost transparent. When I mentioned this to the staff, nothing was changed and my plate was not replaced. On one occasion, there was also a chipped plate, and when I pointed it out to the waiter, there was no reaction. There were also hygiene concerns — at times the chef would cut onions and then fruit, which affected the taste of the fruit. Another issue was that one of the staff members started cleaning around 10:30, even though breakfast is served until 11:00. The cleaning products had a very strong chemical smell, and one day it even caused an allergic reaction for me. Additionally, there was an issue with ants — I noticed a large number of ants coming from the wall in one of the corners of the room, which was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful — they really made the stay better. The room was always clean and well maintained. However, for a 7-night stay, only two coffee capsules were provided in the room, which also feels below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but more attention should be given to service quality, especially the breakfast staff and kitchen practices. I hope the hotel can improve these areas in the future.

Everything was perfect! I would absolutely recommend this place in a heartbeat! Everything was easily accessible and within reasonable reach! The staff is very friendly.

The staff was great and the hotel is nice. the the pools are not good no one wants to swim in them not a good design layout. Super small. Coffe is waterdown but that seems to be everywhere in tulum. I would recommend to improve the complimentary breakfast. People only eat it once. Not gross but not great

I was not informed that they had a curfew and that the entrance gate would lock at a certain time. This was very scary for me as I arrived from a night out to find the gate had a lock and chain on it. This was shortly after midnight. I was not able to enter, I called management on what’s app. Eventually someone opened the gate at 6am. I had a penthouse suite and I asked them to reimburse for the night I spent outside. Management did not respond. Be aware

Beautiful hotel, the staff was polite and helpful most of the tim I would not recommend planning the ride from the airport to the hotel when you arrive. We did so and were told it was 100USD which we agreed to. I understand the hotel hires a driver from another company, so how bad it went is probably not entirely their fault but it went terrible (the driver started texting and calling me an hour before the plane landed - yes we were in the plane - then left when we were not out 10 minutes after landing. We had to wait 40 minutes for him to drive back. Everything was through Whatsapp so there was no way I could receive anything before connecting to wifi). There was little to no apologies from the driver or the hotel staff. When asked to pay at the front desk, the staff told us it was 2000 pesos or 100USD for the ride. We are Canadian and so do not carry USD and wanted to pay in pesos but the conversion at the time of our visit should have been about 1700 pesos instead of 2000 pesos. We were upset that they tried to have us pay more than agreed upon. We also rented the bikes for a day. We left the hotel and realized one of the bike had the handles loose. We went back and they gave us another one. Unfortunately, that bike that they replaced got a flat. With great difficulty, we found someone on the side of the road to repair it as we were too far from the hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and brushed it off and didn’t offer to reimburse the fee we had to pay to fix the tire.
