Clean and tidy property everything you need. Rooms on smaller side but well maintained.

Very well laid out unit that was well equipped with all we need for our stay. Close to the Rotorua Hospital, which was what we need. Very lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in Rotorua

Very comfortable bed and clean and tidy

Nice little room, good location. Helpful front desk staff and good parking. It’s next to a geothermal park which is a blessing and a curse. You are close enough to walk to this free geothermal park but the smell easily made its way to the motel and we found it a bit overwhelming at times.

Excellent location. Lack of room for suitcases was only slight concern.

Staff where helpful and friendly

We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There is a fascinating park opposite with geothermal features and a hot water foot bath. We enjoyed visits to Whakarewaewa Maori village and Waiotapu, both excellent. There were lots of other things nearby to see and do in Rotorua, we felt the property location was good for everything.

The property was exactly as described. It was in a great location for me.

Cosy room. Had enough for what we needed. Shops walking distance.
