This is my first time in a minute, traveling outside of Tucson to have a quiet staycation to myself. I’d rather enjoyed it. My room was private just the right size. Staff was helpful very nice. Will be coming back hopefully soon.

Bad customer service, front desk receptionist seemed like he was high/drunk

Great breakfast. Location perfect for our nearby event. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops

Good hotel

The room wasn’t clean after we stay a night, the carpet on the hall didnt smell good, No body speak Spanish at the front desk After 10 days I haven’t received my refund of the parking deposit

Loved the customer service, location, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms as a whole.

Air-conditioning was not optimum! Lamps in both rooms were not working! Staff was extremely unhelpful when they discovered one room air conditioner was broken to try to move to a different room. Breakfast that came complementary was out of silverware every day and other items.

The staff was outstanding. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in. We'll definitely choose Hyatt again.
