Room was a good size, beds comfortable, hotel room was quiet, no outside noises bleed into it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Highly recommend.

Our room smelled like sulfur anytime we walked in for the first day. The smell was gone when we came back from breakfast the following day. The fridge was very smelly like the last person’s food when we opened it. None of these comments would deter me from staying here again, I just wanted to make you aware. My daughter and I both mentioned how clean it was to each other, so that is a win in my book! There is a great bakery next door and the valet service is great! I felt safe and it was an easy walk to the yum center.

Travis was quite informative and entertaining.

This hotel is in a perfect spot for walking to distilleries and restaurants. It’s decorated beautifully. The rooms are spacious and also wonderfully decorated. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice downtown location. Not very much foot traffic in July but could walk around the area comfortably at night.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff go above and beyond to help you out. Parking downtown anywhere can be a pain, but they have three excellent options. You can walk just about anywhere you want to go, and I highly recommend the deluxe rooms with the river view - stunning!
