Room was great, clean, good location, etc. Would have been nice to have some of the basic cooking things on hand/more coffee/coffee refreshed.

Rummet var bra och välstädat. Problem med varmvattenberedaren till duschen. Trots påminnelse ingen lösning. En madrass alltför mjuk.

The place was clean and spacious. It was a bit of a walk to the metro station. The place had a beautiful view of the river, however it was not easily accessible to shops, restaurants, or transportation.

Staff

Det står i appen deres at utsjekk er 11.00 men kl 10.00 kom det noen som skulle vaske og sa utsjekk er 10.00. Vi var ikke klar. Det stod folk i dusjen og noen pakket

Lodging was very clean, organized, and comfortable during my stay. Would definitely stay again when in Vienna!

Apartment was exactly as we thought and really good. We’re planning a new trip in may and will try to book the same! Easy with just the codes to the apartment when we were more people so we didn’t have to share a key. We could now just go as we wanted. Recommend!

Stay was decent. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for laundry which isn’t something you want to do when you’re already paying a few hundred a night for the stay. They also don’t tell you that the property is located directly above a train line that runs throughout the day and night. You can feel the vibrations which isn’t ideal, especially since one night the train ran until midnight. The location is okay.

Sehr nettes Appartement mit 2 räumlich getrennten Schlafzimmern. Küche sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand - genügend Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden. Insgesamt vielleicht aufgrund der Lage laut, aber man kann durch die Klimaanlage die Fenstern geschlossen halten.

This was our first trip to Vienna and our stay was only four nights, so we don't have a lot of experience with the city. That said, URBI was a fabulous place to stay: Large enough to make our family comfortable, clean and well-appointed kitchen, bright and clean throughout, comfortable beds, easy access to public transportation, and frankly a great value. Cons: Offsite parking was close enough, but not particularly easy to navigate with an after-dark arrival. Overall: Would seek out again in a future trip to Vienna.
