A refundable security deposit of EUR 250 is required at check-in to cover any charges or damages incurred during the stay. There is no reception. All access codes will be sent by email approximately 10 days prior to arrival.

The final cleaning fee is EUR 29.

Guests must pay a city tax, including children, of EUR 1.00 per person per night directly to the hotel upon arrival. This is an additional charge and is not included in the room rate. A credit card security deposit and ID photo are required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The property requires a refundable security deposit.
