The hotel is in a beautiful location and the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was good. The only issue we experienced was that a staff member mistakenly assumed we were part of a tour group and asked us to move to another table. After checking, she realized it was a misunderstanding and apologized. It was resolved quickly, but it did make for an uncomfortable start to the morning. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.

Great atmosphere with very mountainy feel. Lots of knotty pine walls and ceilings. Breakfast was very good. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend. If you stay here, ask for a room on floor 4 or 5 facing the Matterhorn. As a side note, we went in late May and did not realize that many of the bars and restaurants in Zermatt and hiking areas were closed in between winter and summer season during May. Also, May is construction season so motorized construction vehicles are allowed in town. Not that big of a deal, just a "heads up".

Amazing property! Has the perfect mix of old world charm + modern updates. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is INCREDIBLE! So attentive, kind, helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend this hotel, and want to come back on my next trip to Zermatt!

Everything about the hotel is understated elegance. Every amenity is superb, as is the staff. We have stayed in so many hotels around the world and this hotel truly stands out. Can't recommend it enough!

Great view of village and mountains. Good location to night life.

Great family owned hotel, a true gem with the best view of the Matterhorn. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is amazing, courteous, friendly and always helping the guests. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to stay at this marvelous and charming hotel.

Swiss hospitality at its finest. The staff thought of everything to enhance our stay. The amenities spa and breakfast were A+. Location perfect for a stay in Zermatt. Highly recommended!

Beautiful mountain view on our honeymoon. Bathroom had a problem but the staff switched us to the room next door no problem. Very friendly staff that were always happy to help and talk, with complimentary refreshments at the end of everyday and a delicious complementary breakfast every morning.

Hotel was amazing! Welcome drink on arrival so refreshing!!! Staff were excellent, the hotel was so nice and the location was great! Close to everything including a great view spot to see the Matterhorn. Made it so easy to get sunrise pics of the Matterhorn. Breakfast had cooked to order options. Would definitely stay here again!!!
