Good

Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time. The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day. The restaurant was pretty nice as well. I enjoyed having lunch there or dinner. The food was not excellant but it was definitely good. Only issue one occasion they served me lukewarm food. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at Capitol Hotel.

the professionalism of the staff was exceptional, the customer was treated with respect and dignity. l liked the breakfast that was served every day and the food was delicious.

Capitol hotel is one of the best place to stay in Abidjan. Clean, safe and quiet place to work. I will recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Abidjan
