Perfect for our three night stay and would consider again. Location was good - a 20 minute walk into the old town and 10 minute walk to the station. Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had other kitchen equipment available to borrow for free from the reception. The hotel was busy but our room was quiet. Bed was comfortable and a/c made the room very comfortable despite the fact that it was 35c outside.

Clean place , safe area , close to train station ( 1/2 mile flat) and same distance / flat to petite France . Washer/ dryer/ kitchen 👍

Breakfast ok

Location was good, check in was friendly and smooth. Unfortunately, following the other two receptionists were not so friendly; rather hands off! Inside of the hotel and our room was outdated, small bathroom with a tiny shower. Didn't have any balconies nor iron and ironing board. We didn't like misadvertisement! Also, washer and dryer are not free of charge! Everything is written in French, so we didn't know that we were supposed to take-out the trash. All of the photos were shown on Hotels.com wasn't the same yet, similar of what we were given. Bed was comfortable, we stayed 3 days.

The staff was very nice. The place, however, was average overall, considering the amount I had paid for it.

Very run down. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Towels were very thin and thread bare.

There was no staff support ride on check in and when asked for directions to Christmas market she just gave us a map. Also no water all day on one of the days

The studio room was spotless and well equipped however the female receptionist on check in was very rude as we had two bookings that needed to be adjusted.

Very tiny kitchen, but adequate to make a small meal. Staff were excellent, very helpful.

Perfect location near the station, friendly Staff Rooms was dated and not like the website photos, no cutlery in the room despite having cooking utensils
