The staff were incredibly kind, caring, sincere, and exceptionally helpful. They had a wonderful way of making all our worries disappear. When my son was sick, they showed genuine concern and quickly arranged for a doctor to see him, who arrived within half an hour. Being in an unfamiliar place, I never felt stressed or worried about how to get my son medical care. They were truly angels and made us feel completely supported throughout the experience. While the property is not luxurious, it is peaceful, clean, and extremely safe. Our experience was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends. THANK YOU to everyone for making our experience comfortable.

exceptional hotel! Very clean and great crew! They are there to help customers with any needs and ensure 100% satisfaction! The rooms are very good size and comfortable!

The property was extremely difficult to locate. There’s no signage. Moreover, I didn’t receive the elevator code to the 10th floor via e-mail or text from the Hotel. I had to go to the nearby Marriott, find a bilingual tour operator & have her call the hotel for directions & the elevator passcode. It’s a great location but it’s only a doorway between two cafes. If you’re tired from the road, it’s a tough assignment.

Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia.

The staff was beyond amazing, the rooms were extremely clean. Can’t wait to go back and stay in the same hotel.

Internet good and I feel very safe staying there
