Ideal location near ferry terminal

Good location to the cruise port and ferry. Short walk to restraint and shopping. The coffee shop had wonderful coffee and food with awesome service. If you have car to park not a lot of parking and what is available is designed for very small compact car.

It was an eclectic property with friendly staff. The biggest drawback was only one very small elevator, which made the checkout process frustrating. We waited nearly 20 minutes to get to the lobby. Additionally, there was a lot of traffic noise and an emission smell. It was within walking distance to shops and the port we were sailing from, which made it very convenient. I also wish it had a pool, but that was our fault for not checking more closely.

This hotel was a great choice for a basic stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The onsite restaurant was excellent and made it very convenient to grab a good meal without leaving the property. I also appreciated the comfortable outdoor seating area, which was a nice place to relax while waiting for my room to be ready.

Close to the Cruise Ship port - 15 minute walk

The staff are amazing and very helpful and the property and room are very nice and modern! I specifically enjoyed the fully automatic coffee machine with fresh coffee beans. I have never experienced that before in any hotel! The only downside for us was that we stayed at the property on a Friday and Saturday with the room facing the street that had a bar next door! People were singing and yelling loudly up until about 4am. We did not get to sleep until 4am and had to wake um at 6:30am for a flight. We were on the 4th floor so we can only imagine what customers on the 1st - 3rd floor must’ve been hearing. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful!

Kon Tiki was absolutely wonderful! Staff was incredible, they went above & beyond!! Location is on main street Cross from Cruise terminal so walkable but we rented a car and was able to park nearby (we arrived late evening from sightseeing so garage was full). The room was spacious & beyond our expectations! Onsite Restaurant Surfhouse is amazing and Reeftop bar/lounge served delicious pizza w/cool party vibe. Coffee bar on checkout day served great food, coffee & smoothies to start our sightseeing day off right!! They held our luggage while we explored the island and offered their lounge/showers prior to our late flight (enabling us to swim on their beautiful black sand beach)... such a special place!! Thanks Boutique Hotel Kon Tiki Tahiti we will be back!!!
