it was absolutely disgusting dirty stains everywhere and the staff so rude

They are a scam!! The room is filthy and the window on the 7th room was hanging off and there’s no way to actually lock your door and the furniture is filthy and stained and they refused to give me a refund!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Unit 207 was quite small and the bed was on a low concrete platform so made it difficult to get in and out. The door lock is a magnetic, there is no manual unlook, so what happens if there is a power failure? Can the unit be opened from the inside if there is a power failure. It is extremely had to get into the underground parking lot. It is a single lane and very steep so it is hard to see if someone else trying to come the other way at the same time. My car had difficulty getting out of the parking lot. The engine kept stalling trying to get up the incline, the tires kept spinning etc. It as a horrible experience

The room was very clean, the bed was superb! The shower with great pressure, even better than the Hilton. Most of the staff very helpful but sometimes the language barrier became an issue for sign language. Wifi was horrible, most times didn't have any or very slow. The breakfast was minimal but a little more than just cereal, and you had to pay for any drink except coffee during breakfast hours. The menu after breakfast was very good, again most times pointing and sign language needed to ask or convey diet changes in the order. The manager works nights and was so wonderful, very helpful with bags and anything needed, I felt he was the hotel, he made it very comfortable and welcoming.

Hotel was asthetically pleasing… but the room was so hot I had a bathtub room I asked reception about aircon they said no aircon in March & so i had to open the window which I usually wouldn’t mind but the hotel is on a dual carriage way it was sooo noisy & the other rooms you can here everything (alI the rooms are very close together could here someone constantly in & out doors opening & shutting) I had the worst nights sleep the 2nd was better as I left the windows open all day so room was cooler! This was the 2nd hotel I stayed at on my trip luckily I only booked 2 days here as it was a little far out so I went back to the hotel i previously stayed at but it is aesthetically pleasing & smells lovely in there

The stay was disappointing mainly due to constant noise in the room. There was a lot of noise from outside.

Very convenient location. Opposite the Train / Metro stop . Buses stop on the road. Handy to reach old town in 10 mins ride . Still enjoying a central location Very NICE STAFF VERY GOOD RESTAURANT ON SITE

The hotel decor was Scandi inspired and very clean.We only had one evening meal in the restaurant and we found it to be very good we had breakfast 2 mornings plenty of choice well prepared and well presented set us up for the day. The best thing about the hotel was the staff,very, very helpful, all were polite and courteous the staff made our stay. The worst thing about the hotel was the road noise our room was on the front of the hotel, the road is extremely busy and a main tram route through the city, the noise was constant. I am sorry to say that however much I appreciated the excellent staff I would not stay at the hotel again 2 sleepless nights were more than enough.

Room was small but everyrhing you need.staff were very polite and very helpful. I think this is the 3rd or 4th tume i have been here.youtube in every room so perfect,and as i was going to the Attelia dentist it was absolutely perfect..less than 1 minute walk.
