極佳 My stay was great, as usual. It has become my go to hotel when in the DC area. I appreciate the breakfast, but the food could have been heated more. I will use more of the amenities next time.

極佳 I was on the 23rd floor. I can see everything from my windows. Very peaceful. I look forward to staying there again. Possibly if I can afford it. Try to balcony.

極佳 The rooms are large, the facility is clean, parking was a little confusing when we first got there but we figured it out. The Wegmans on the bottom floor made things so easy. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were great so much room, good lighting. Keurigs in every room. Will definitely stay here again.

極佳 You know you’re not in Kansas anymore when your elevator is activated from the hallway and not from inside. There is wonderful modern art everywhere. The halls are spacious, the dorm to your room splendorous and when you walk in everything is so modern and tasteful. A huge bathroom in a separate room with a walking shower and all the bathroom supplies you’ll need. The bed is in a separate room as well with its own tv. Soft and inviting. Then there is an area with a comfortable sofa a huge tv a small refrigerator a work area and fantastic floor to ceiling like windows that give you a wonderful view. The area around the hotel is full of fun stuff to do. If you cannot have fun on the Perch you need counseling. We did not get to their signature restaurant the Wren but seeing its incredible space knew it would be a fabulous experience. Breakfast was only ok, the usual American food choices. Owners should go to China or Japan or Korea and offer ethnic and or seasonal cuisine. Parking is so easy. You can walk to a lot of shopping or a baseball game or the metro. It is a fabulous place.
